Antoni Kindler

Antoni Kindler


Antoni is an experienced leader in sales, logistics, and multi-national business across multiple industries including retail consumer products, sports and recreation, and healthcare.  Antoni has been integral in the growth and expansion of private companies, implementing strategic initiatives focused on enhancing existing client relationships and facilitating organizational inroads in new markets. 

Prior to his appointment as Chief Operating Officer of Frontline CrossingsTM Medical Supply Ltd., Antoni served as the company’s National Sales Director.  During his term, he successfully diversified sales channels and elevated the profile and annual company revenues at Frontline CrossingsTM in the American market.  Before joining Frontline CrossingsTM, Antoni worked as the President and Managing Director of Osaka Hockey Americas, the North American subsidiary of the Belgian-based leading lifestyle apparel and field hockey manufacturer, Osaka Hockey.  Antoni was responsible for the brand’s expansion into North America and leading year-over-year revenue growth.  Antoni is also proud to have represented Canada as a member of the Canadian Field Hockey Team at the Tokyo 2021 Summer Olympic Games.  Antoni speaks English, French, and Polish.

Kjirstin Breure


Kjirstin has a ten-year background in emerging technologies and five in portfolio management. She is a highly motivated professional with a focus on investments in blockchain technology and other innovative industries. Her background includes working for startups in blockchain technology, ASIC chip manufacturing, and graphene-related consumer products. She graduated Magna cum Laude from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Political Science and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Materials Science and Engineering at the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering. Kjirstin is currently acting in an operational capacity for Frontline Crossings, Carbon-2D Graphene Inc, and Macht10, as well as Investor Relations for Omada Technologies.

Jan Kindler


Jan is an experienced corporate lawyer with several years of international capital markets and public company operating experience. Jan has assisted private and public companies plan and execute strategic initiatives at all stages of development: from start-up venture financing, to structuring initial public offerings and reverse-take-overs for companies on the NASDAQ, OTC, and TSX Venture exchanges.

Prior to joining Frontline Crossings, Jan spent several years in executive management roles for a TSX-V listed high-tech industrial technology company that was actively involved in the medical technology sector. During his term, he led several successful financing rounds, oversaw the establishment of strategic joint ventures in India and the People’s Republic of China, and scaled-up a conceptual technology to an industrial-scale operating plant in the United States. Prior to that, Jan worked for three years as a corporate attorney at the downtown office of a commercial law firm in Vancouver, British Columbia. Jan speaks English, Polish and Mandarin.

Matthew Sarmento


Matthew is a current member of the Canadian Men’s National Field Hockey Team and has competed for Canada over 100 times, including the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. In 2017, Matthew graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree. After completing university, Matthew moved to Europe to pursue a professional field hockey career. In 2018, he returned to Vancouver, Canada, and is currently working on a Project Management Certificate while conducting his sales roles with Frontline Crossings Medical Supply. Matthew speaks English and basic Portuguese.

Richard Hildreth


Richard is a passionate Master of Sustainable Cities graduate from King’s College London with experience in urban development planning, urban agriculture, event management, and client liaising. Throughout an extensive international hockey career, Richard has consistently demonstrated that he is a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual with exceptional leadership, interpersonal and oratory skills. As the Director of Hockey at King’s College London from 2016-2019, Richard utilized exceptional organization and communication skills to manage the day-to-day operations of four hockey clubs within the university, leading to sustainable recruitment and efficient operation strategies. By the end of his tenure, his operational strategies generated a 60% increase in student participation and a 75% increase in winning percentage for the university’s high-performance teams. Immediately before his time with Frontline Crossings, Richard spent time working for the Community Foundations of Canada. During his time with CFC, he performed intensive quantitative and qualitative research, which created a framework for an Investment Readiness Program for Social Enterprises throughout Canada. His research and design proposals led to the federal government releasing $50M to CFC to launch the Investment Readiness Program.

Othman Hfuda


Othman is a professionally trained Industrial Instrumentation Engineer who has enjoyed most of his work experience in sales and marketing. Before joining Frontline Crossings, Othman was involved in the marketing efforts of several businesses, varying in scale, from large corporations such as Telus Communications Inc. to smaller businesses such as start-ups in the e-commerce space. During his time with Telus, Othman was able to increase expected revenue by over $2,000,000.00 annually.  This extensive sales and marketing experience has allowed Othman to become particularly client-focused, always prioritizing customer satisfaction. Othman speaks English and Arabic.

Abdul Fadel


Abdul has gained the majority of his work experience working in operations management and hospitality management. Most recently, Abdul co-founded and launched an events management and security firm, which has served many luxury brands and establishments. While Abdul currently dedicates the majority of his time to his entrepreneurial endeavors, he is also an avid athlete and has represented Canada on many occasions in competition. Abdul has trained and competed in Judo and Boxing for over 13 years now, both at the national and professional levels. He now spends time coaching and mentoring at-risk youth through boxing and has spent a few years coaching fighters of all levels. Abdul is fluent in English and Arabic.

Shannon Herold


Shannon is currently a final-year nursing student who is passionate about health and well-being. Shannon’s passion for medicine and quality care began while pursuing her undergraduate degree in Human Biology from Stanford University, California. While completing her degree at Stanford, Shannon was an influential member of the Varsity Field Hockey team. In her final season as a Cardinal, Shannon held the team captain’s role, helping lead the team during its most winningest season in program history. After graduation, and before beginning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Shannon dedicated her time to the sales team at Abbott Nutrition Canada as a Primary Care Representative. She developed meaningful client relationships throughout the Greater Vancouver area, providing product knowledge and support to increase product sales in Western Canada. Through Shannon’s diverse experiences in athletics, sales, and health care, she highly values teamwork, collaboration, client-focused relationships, and quality care.

Kelly Townsend


Kelly is an experienced sales and marketing professional with a diverse and multi-disciplined background in sales and marketing strategy. Kelly has worked as a sales representative for several years in the retail sector and throughout this time she has managed over a hundred accounts across Western Canada and the Territories. Kelly has worked with accounts that have been established for numerous years to newly opened stores who want to develop the best product offering. During her tenure, she has grown sales, quickly established rapport, built credibility, and cultivated long-lasting relationships with her accounts. Prior to Kelly’s role as a sales representative, she worked as a marketing professional in various industries in Toronto and Vancouver, Canada. Kelly is passionate about being involved within her community and is the Vancouver committee chair for Rethink Breast Cancer’s flagship event, Boobyball. Boobyball is a sold out event across Canada and has raised over $5.4 million for Rethink Breast Cancer.

Kayla Petrasek


Kayla graduated from York University in Toronto, ON, with a Health Studies degree. Her passion is helping others and making a difference in the health care industry. During her studies, she volunteered in many roles through the University Health Network at Toronto General Hospital, from Clinical Research Assistant to Clinical Patient Support and fundraising events.
Upon completing university, Kayla carried on her career in Pharmaceutical Sales working in Dermatology, Respiratory, Women’s Health, and Gastroenterology therapeutic areas. She worked alongside healthcare specialists throughout Ontario, aspiring to create systemic change through research and compassionate care. Kayla is wholeheartedly dedicated to providing quality services to impact health care around the globe positively.

Chris Tardif


Chris is a student at Simon Fraser University, currently completing his degree in Biomedical Physiology and Kinesiology. He looks to pursue a career in the medical field, with a particular interest in neuroscience, sports medicine, and sports performance. When not busy with school work, Chris enjoys playing field hockey and has competed for Canada at the junior international level. Sports have enabled Chris to develop his leadership and his dedication to any endeavor he undertakes. In combination with his ability to communicate fluently in French, these attributes have allowed him to flourish in the capital region and Western Quebec’s service industry.

Leslie Bahamondes


Leslie is an experienced designer and artist. She grew up in Chile and graduated in Interior Design in Architecture from the Universidad Autonoma de Chile.  In 2014, she moved to Canada and spent the next few years working and traveling throughout the country. In 2019, Leslie moved to Vancouver and had recently obtained her Canadian work permit. Before her time with Frontline Crossings, Leslie has been developing an impressive portfolio working as a freelance designer and artist. No matter what her role, Leslie consistently demonstrates exceptional organization, interpersonal and resourceful skills, which she has developed throughout her extensive experience as both a designer and customer service professional. Her strong work ethic and positive attitude coupled with excellent analytical, negotiation, project management, and leadership skills allow her to thrive in various roles and work environments. Leslie speaks Spanish, English, and basic Italian.

John Smythe


John is a member of the Canadian Men’s National Field Hockey team and has competed for his country at the Commonwealth Games, the Pan American Games, and the 2018 Hero World Cup. Recently, he helped the team secure their spot at the 2021 Tokyo Olympic Games and hopes to compete in the Games next summer. John has a great understanding of human and consumer behavior after obtaining a B.A of Psychology at the University of British Columbia and developed a keen sense of business, obtaining his Graduate Diploma of Business Administration at Simon Fraser University Beedie School of Business. Upon graduation, John immersed himself into the banking world, joining the Brand & Communications in the BC Regional team at RBC Royal Bank. John has three years’ experience with community marketing and corporate citizenship, successfully supporting the creation of market plans and grasping a great understanding of personal and commercial lending.
